Introducing seasonal booklets for motivational and inspirational words of encouragement, love, hope and mindfulness to see you through each day of the season. The book From the Heart, One Minute Devotion by Helen Steiner Rice, has been my comfort and has given me countless moments of driven desire to make each day the best I possibly can. It has seen me through the bad and good times, each day over the past nine years and it still has a strong impact on my life to this day. I hope that these books will give you comfort and assurance like it has done for me, time and time again.

Dedicated to the summer months where days of sunshine can bring changes of a grey, wet day and possibly, thunderstorms. Like the seasons, our wellbeing can be affected by the changes in our environment and life situations, trying our best to survive in this evolving and unpredictable world.

Start the summer with a token of thanks for warm, bright and balmy days and nights ahead. There will be beautiful sunrises and sunsets to experience, super-hot days and with balmy nights and the gentle cool and calming evening breezes of hope and opportunity that only you can have control over. There will be flash storms and wet days in between that won’t last and before too long, the sun is filling our lives with all the sunshine goodness that it naturally imparts.

Embrace it. It is yours to have and keep.

MOTIVATE & BE INSPIRED ~ AUTUMN

Dedicated to the autumn months where nature brings its vibrant hues of burnt orange, gold, reds and yellow and with days of melancholy or utter contentment. In preparation for the coming winter months, dry leaves and wood are collected to give us the cosiness of an open fire. The days are still warm but with a hint of change in temperature that fills the air.

Spending time to appreciate the beauty in the colours that autumn brings, from the leaves to a picturesque sky, warms the heart and reminds us of the wonderful sense of being alive when experiencing the natural events of change in this vibrant season. 


It is a season to keep the fire within burning towards your aspirations and all things good that you want to see happening in your life.

Dedicated to the winter months where days of sunshine are few but precious. It will be cold and freezing but our hearts are warmed to days of joy, love and excitement of the festivities of Thanksgiving and Christmas. There too will be days of utter despair, concerns and worries for those going through difficult times.  It is time to prioritise and reflect on making the changes you need before the new year begins.


Resolutions are just gentle reminders we make for ourselves but can change with events in our lives and around us that are unpredictable. Take each day as it comes, let the cold turn into positively warm by preparing for the days of new life and sunshine ahead.
